Professional Biography
I was born and raised in Goodyear, Arizona, where I first developed a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. From a young age, I was drawn to community involvement and teamwork, traits that would later shape my career and personal interests. My academic journey led me to the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, where I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. With a GPA of 3.79 and recognitions such as the Wildcat Distinction Tuition Scholarship, Academic Distinction Certificate, and the Dean’s List, I strive to excel in my studies while maintaining a well-rounded campus experience.
Throughout my life, I’ve embraced roles that require responsibility and interpersonal skills. For instance, as a lifeguard at Euvori Aquatics during the summer of 2024, I was entrusted with the safety of up to 250 swimmers daily, honing my emergency response skills and obtaining certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED. This role deepened my sense of duty and resilience, particularly when quick decisions were essential. I also gained my first work experience at Olive Garden, where I worked as a busboy. This role taught me the importance of teamwork and adaptability, especially under pressure, as I assisted guests and supported fellow staff members.
My involvement with Kappa Alpha Order has been pivotal in my leadership development. Currently serving as Risk Manager, I have been instrumental in creating and enforcing protocols that prioritize the safety of our 175 fraternity members during events. Working closely with chapter leaders, university officials, and fraternity members, I strive to promote a culture of responsibility and compliance with both campus policies and national guidelines. This experience has provided me with invaluable insights into the importance of proactive risk management and collaboration.
Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I hold a range of certifications, including OSHA 10 for General Industry and TIPS Alcohol Training Certification, which enhance my understanding of workplace safety and responsible practices. My passion for community service is evident through my participation in events like the Water Walk 5k at Starpointe Residents Club and Eller’s Make a Difference Day in 2023. These activities reinforce my commitment to contributing positively to the community.
In my personal life, I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including chess, fantasy football, baseball, and experiencing diverse cultures through travel and exotic cuisine. These interests not only offer me relaxation but also provide opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth.
